Matty grew up in an Italian-American household, rooted in values of respect, family, and food. Being dairy-intolerant and vegan, he has found that the vegan diet is often an afterthought and not included or welcomed in normal menus. Food was the cornerstone of connection in my family, and going vegan hasn’t changed that. Cultivating a vegan pizza that’s both indulgent and wholesome has been my way of honoring those traditions while creating new ones.
